In this interactive forum Tim will be reflecting on his experience since commencing in the CEO role on 4th November 2009. Tim will explore and answer questions about his triumphs, challenges and the key lessons he has learnt along the way.

Tim’s appointment to CEO seemed to be a natural step in his career progression. At the age of 25, Tim became the youngest person to have been appointed senior technical officer at the State’s transport department. Nine years later he moved out of State Government when he became CEO of road contractor, RPC Roads. In 2001 he joined the City of Greater Dandenong as a Manager before his promotion to Director of Engineering Services in 2005.

Tim has always understood the value of learning, and is currently completing a Master of Business in Banking and Finance at Monash University.

Tim values the role of Organisation Development.
